TA 410/510 Fight Choreography and Stage Combat (4) June 22–July 17. Stage fighting and violence, from script to performed fight choreography. Includes demonstrations and class participation. Elements of set, lighting, costumes, props, and actor safety are covered. Taught by well-known fight choreographer John Elliott.
TA 471 Shakespeare in the Green (4) June 22–July 17. Shakespeare’s plays offer a worldview radically different to ours, saturated with life—natural and supernatural. Explores plays with special attention to nature and the human relationship, developing a familiarity with ecocritical exploration and theory, from analysis to performance. Vrtis.
