Field Schools

Pacific Northwest Preservation Field School

This historic preservation field school is for anyone who wants to learn about preservation by doing it.

Archaeological Field School

Archaeology students can work and learn at excavations in the northern Great Basin.

Summer Institutes

Northwest Indian Language Institute

NILI provides Native language teachers and community members training in language teaching, development, and support toward the goal of preserving languages and creating communities of speakers.

High School Camps

Architecture Academy

The UO Architecture Academy is an intensive four-week experience that offers prospective architecture, landscape architecture, and interior architecture students a chance to “try on the field for size.”

Design Camp

Design Camp is offered each summer at the White Stag Block in Portland. For one week students 15+ can learn about architecture, digital arts, and product design in a unique camp experience.
