UO Summer Session

Current Students

Summer Session is a great time to study at the UO. Classes are smaller and more interactive. Courses range from two days to eight weeks, so you can pick a pace that works with your other summer plans. If you want to race ahead, you can complete an entire language, math or science sequence in eight intense weeks. Or veer a little off course and study something completely new to you.

If you are an admitted returning student you can enroll in Summer courses the same way you enroll for other terms.

  1. Look at the class schedule when it is released in March.
  2. Register for classes on DuckWeb beginning the week of May 8, 2017. Specific registration dates and times will be available in late April.
  3. Enjoy your summer in Eugene.

Summer aid is primarily made up of loans and, to a limited extent, grants and work-study. To be eligible, you must be admitted to the University of Oregon and enrolled in a degree or eligible certificate program. If you are a continuing student, you must be in good academic standing to receive financial aid.
