The University of Oregon in Portland's White Stag Block is located at 70 NW Couch Street in the Old Town Chinatown Historic District. It is home to several UO academic programs, offices, classrooms and the UO Duck Store. Additionally, many public events are hosted every week.

For high school students, Design Camp is a unique one-week immersion into general design principles along with hands-on studio experiences in architecture, digital arts, and product design.
The UO School of Journalism and Communication's George S. Turnbull Portland Center provides academic and professional programs in the state's media center. Workshops and classes are taught by SOJC faculty members, by Oregon professionals, and by visitors from around the nation and the world.
The University of Oregon Portland Library and Learning Commons has a strong and growing collection in the areas of architecture, design, and communication. Current residents of Oregon may sign up to borrow with a free Oregon Card. The Library offers a friendly, comfortable spot to study, meet, and research.
